What is a Virtual Disney VIP Guide?+
A real Disney expert who helps you plan and navigate your park day remotely — with a custom itinerary built in advance and live support throughout your visit.
Why is the first trip 50% off?+
We're betting our service is good enough that you'll come back. Disney families visit the parks 2.4 times on average, so we'd rather earn your loyalty with a great first experience at half-price than win you once at full price and lose you. Your first trip with us is 50% off any tier (Light, Standard, or Premium). Returning families pay our regular rates. The discount is automatic on your first booking — no code needed.
What's included in your fee — and what do I pay separately?+
Our fee covers our expertise (pre-trip planning, Lightning Lane strategy, live WhatsApp support, restaurant recommendations) and the 20% gratuity for your guide.

What you pay separately, directly to Disney/Universal:
  • Park tickets: $130-$200/person/day at WDW
  • Lightning Lane Multi Pass: $25-$45/person/day
  • Lightning Lane Single Pass (if needed): $13-$23/attraction
  • Premier Access at Disneyland Paris: €10-€25/attraction
  • Food, dining reservations, hotel, transportation

You always control your own credit card and own My Disney Experience account. We never charge you for Disney products — we just tell you what to buy and when. Everything flows through your account, not ours.
What counts as a 'first trip'?+
Your first paid booking with MyMagic VIP, regardless of which park (Walt Disney World, Disneyland California, Disneyland Paris, or Universal Orlando). After your first trip, returning bookings are at our regular rates. We don't restart the discount per park.
How are you different from a Disney travel agent (Earmarked / Authorized Disney Vacation Planner)?+
Travel agents handle the 'before' — booking your hotel, package, ADRs, and itinerary planning. They're paid by Disney commission, so it's free to you. But the moment you check into your hotel, they're off the clock. We're the opposite: we don't book your hotel or tickets, but we're with you live on WhatsApp from rope drop to fireworks, rebooking Lightning Lanes in real time, rerouting around crowds, and handling whatever the day throws at you. Many of our best clients use both — agent for booking, MyMagic VIP for day-of operations.
Why is your service so much cheaper than Disney's official Private VIP Tour?+
Disney's official VIP Tour ($450–$950/hour) bundles three things: a Disney Cast Member as guide, official Lightning Lane access without buying passes, and a luxury SUV with driver. The bulk of the price is the SUV experience and the brand premium. The expertise itself — knowing the parks, optimizing your day, decoding Lightning Lane — is what we deliver for $150/hour. We're 1/4 the price because we cut the SUV and brand premium, not the expertise.
Do I keep control of my My Disney Experience account?+
Yes, completely. You stay logged into your own My Disney Experience app on your own phone. We work through WhatsApp telling you what to tap and when. If you prefer, you can also share view-only access so we can monitor times in parallel — but you're always in control of purchases and bookings.
Is MyMagic VIP affiliated with Disney?+
No. We are an independent concierge service created by Disney lovers with over 10 years of experience — not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company.
How does the Virtual Guide service work on the day of my visit?+
You'll receive a customized itinerary in advance, plus real-time support through WhatsApp or Messenger throughout your contracted park hours.
Do you offer in-person guide services?+
No. We operate 100% virtually so you enjoy your day freely while having expert help on standby whenever you need it.
Can you help me book park tickets, Genie+, dining, and other reservations?+
Yes. We guide you step-by-step on how to book everything — from park tickets to dining reservations to Lightning Lanes.
When should I book the MyMagic VIP service?+
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Last-minute options may be available based on guide availability.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask during the day?+
No! Your VIP Guide is available for unlimited support throughout your contracted park day.
Which Disney parks do you cover?+
All of them, plus more. We assist with Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and special events like Halloween and Christmas parties.
Do you assist with other parks besides Walt Disney World?+
Yes! In addition to Walt Disney World, we offer Virtual VIP services for:

How do cancellation and rebooking work?+

If MyMagic VIP needs to cancel for unforeseen reasons, you'll receive a full refund or a free rebook for a new date.

For tours up to 10 people:

  • Payment in full (+ 20% gratuity) is required at booking if your tour is within 30 days. 1 hour of all tours is non-refundable due to planning fees.
  • Deposit equal to 1 hour is required at booking if your tour is more than 30 days out. Remaining balance + gratuity is charged 14 days before the tour.
  • Cancel 3–14 business days before: 4 hours per tour is non-refundable.
  • Cancel within 48 hours: 100% of the tour is non-refundable.
